• Navigate to the Public Folder that you want to delete
• Right click on the folder
• Select Delete “Folder Name” from the drop down
• You will be prompted with a message asking, “Are you sure you want to delete the “Folder Name” folder?
• If you are sure then select Yes

 Follow these steps to "Send As" in Outlook 2007 or 2003:

• Navigate to the Public Folder that you want to assign permissions to
• Right click on the folder
• Select Properties from the drop down

• To open a Public Folder in Outlook 2003 & 2007 go to the Navigation Pane and select the folder list icon in the bottom right-hand corner.

• Once you have selected the folder icon you should now see Public Folders at the bottom of the Folder List.

What is a Public Folder Favorite?

A public folder favorite is essentially a shortcut or link to a public folder. Examples of public folders include shared calendars; email mailboxes; etc.

You can determine whether your account is an Exchange 2003 or Exchange 2007 account by signing into Outlook Web Access (OWA) and visually identifying the layout of the page. To determine which account type you have:
