Sorting and Organizing Results (Hy11)

Once the report results have been retrieved, its results can be moved, sorted and streamlined*.

Moving Columns

  1. To move columns, find the column name in the Data Layout box..

  2. Highlight and drag column to the desired location.




  1. Results can also be sorted using the Sort Line. Note: If the Sort Line is not visible, click on the Sort (X) link.

  2. From the Elements windows, click and drag the field you want to sort by into the Sort Line. You can add multiple sort items here. The results will sort first by the initial sort field and then each subsequent sort item.




  1. You can streamline the results to display only specific to fields by using a Table Section. From the main menu, click on Insert>New Table.

  2. In the newly created Table section, locate the desired fields from the Elements window and drag them into the Data Layout box.
