My Reports Internet Explorer Settings

To use the Interactive client of My Reports, Internet Explorer settings* for trusted sites and Pop-Up blocker need to be adjusted.

Trusted Sites

  1. Open Internet Explorer.
  2. Click on Tools from the menu and select Internet Options.  
  3. Select the Security tab and click on Trusted sites.

  4. Click on the Sites button.
  5. If installing the plugin for Hy9, enter https://sec.was.asu.edu. Click on Add and then on the Close button.
    If installing the plugin for Hy11, enter https://hyperion.asu.edu. Click on Add and then on the Closebutton.

  6. Click on Custom level... and select the Enable option on Websites in less privileged web content zone can navigate into this zone.

  7. When prompted click on Yes and then on OK to finish the process.

Pop-up Blocker Settings

If the Pop-up blocker setting in Internet Explorer has not been enabled, no extra setting needs to be applied. However, if Pop-up blocker is enabled, you must allow My Reports when using the Interactive format.

  1. Select the Privacy tab.
  2. If pop-up blocker is enabled, click on Settings.

  3. If installing the plugin for Hy9, in the box under "Address of website to allow", enter *.sec.was.asu.edu and then click Add.
    If installing the plugin for Hy11, in the box under "Address of website to allow", enter *.hyperion.asu.edu and then click Add.

  4. Click Close to close the Pop-up Blocker Settings window.

  5. Click OK to close the Internet Options window.
