Users who have browsers and platforms on computers which are unsupported by the current version of My Reports, can access it through My Apps. This option will safely allow a user to run My Reports in a Citrix environment, and works on both a Mac and a PC.
Using My Reports from My Apps is easy, but if you have never used My Apps before, start at STEP A. If you have used and/or installed the My Apps client before for another My Apps application, you may skip STEP A and proceed to STEP B.
The above steps should only be completed once per machine that is being used. After completing them, proceed to STEP B.
