Set Internet Explorer to work with PeopleSoft and other ASU systems.

Step 1. Open Internet Explorer 10.

Step 2. Click on the “Tools” menu item (if the Menu Bar is not visible, press and release the “Alt” key once.

Step 3. Scroll down and select “Compatibility View settings”.

Step 4. Make sure that there are no “” settings (delete any found) and that only the two boxes are checked for “Display Intranet sites…” and “Download updated…”.

Step 5. Once confirmed, click on the “Close” button.

Step 6. Click on the “Settings” gear icon at the upper right-hand corner of the browser.

Step 7. Scroll down and select “Internet Options”.



Step 10. Make sure that the “Automatically detect..” box is checked, then click on the “Advanced” button.

Step 11. Enter https://* and press Enter to that the entry appears as above.

Step 12. Make sure that the “Require server verification (https:)..” box is unchecked, then click on the “Close” button.

Step 13. Click on “Ok” then “Ok” again, and you’re finished. Refresh the browser and everything should work.
