What are Online Applications (Citrix)?
Online applications use a technology that allows applications to run on servers located at ASU but display the application on the local computer through the Internet. The applications look like they are running directly on the local machine but are actually running on hardware at ASU. This allows ASU to provide software to students/faculty/staff anywhere in the world without installing it on their local machines.
To run an online application click on the
link to the right of the application information.

What are downloadable Applications?
Downloadable applications are programs that ASU has obtained for free access to the students/faculty/staff of ASU.

link to download the application to your computer. Follow the installation instructions to install the application on your computer.

The My Files space is represented by the M:\ drive on the computer, when using software online.
